25 C.F.R. § 213.21 — Rate of rents on leases other than oil and gas.
§ 213.21 Rate of rents on leases other than oil and gas. On all mineral leases of allotted lands other than oil and gas leases, rental shall be paid annually in advance from the date of approval of the lease, as follows: Fifty cents per acre for the first year, 75 cents per acre for the second year, and $1 per acre for the third and each succeeding year of the term of the lease.
