§ 183.1 What is the purpose of this part? This part implements section 3707(e) of the San Carlos Apache Tribe Water Settlement Act (the Act), Public Law 102–575, 106 Stat. 4748, that requires regulations to administer the Trust Fund, and the Lease Fund established by the Act.
