25 C.F.R. § 173.5 — Plans, approval thereof.
§ 173.5 Plans, approval thereof. No building or other structure shall be erected by permittee except in accordance with plans, specifications and locations approved by the project engineer. All premises and appurtenances shall be kept in a sanitary, safe and sightly condition.
