§ 171.215 What if the elevation of my farm unit is too high to receive irrigation water? (a) We will not change our service ditch level to provide service to you. (b) You may install, operate, and maintain your own facilities, at your cost, to provide service to your land: (1) From a delivery point we designate; and (2) In accordance with specifications we approve.
