25 C.F.R. § 170.618 — Can a Tribe keep savings resulting from project administration?

§ 170.618 Can a Tribe keep savings resulting from project administration? All funds made available to a Tribe through the 23 U.S.C. 202(b) are considered “tribal” and are available to the Tribe until expended. However, they must be expended on projects and activities referenced on an FHWA-approved TTPTIP.
