§ 170.514 Who reviews bridge inspection reports? The person responsible for the bridge inspection team must send a copy of the inspection report to BIADOT. BIADOT: (a) Reviews the report for quality assurance and works with FHWA to ensure the requirements of 23 U.S.C. 144 are carried out; and (b) Furnishes a copy of the report to the BIA Regional Office, which will forward the copy to the affected Tribe.
