25 C.F.R. § 170.104 — Are funds available for consultation, collaboration, and coordination activities?

§ 170.104 Are funds available for consultation, collaboration, and coordination activities? Yes. Funds are available for consultation, collaboration, and coordination activities. To fund consultation, collaboration, and coordination of TTP activities, Tribes may use: (a) The Tribes' TTP allocations; (b) Tribal Priority Allocation funds; (c) Administration for Native Americans funds; (d) Economic Development Administration funds; (e) United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development funds; (f) Community Development Block Grant funds; (g) Indian Housing Block Grant funds; (h) Indian Health Service Tribal Management Grant funds; (i) General funds of the Tribal government; and (j) Any other funds available for the purpose of consultation, collaboration, and coordination activities.
