25 C.F.R. § 169.303 — What happens if BIA denies a right-of-way document?

§ 169.303 What happens if BIA denies a right-of-way document? If we deny the right-of-way grant, renewal, amendment, assignment, or mortgage, we will notify the parties immediately and advise the landowners and the applicant of their right to appeal the decision under part 2 of this chapter.
