25 C.F.R. § 168.12 — Special permit requirements and provisions.
§ 168.12 Special permit requirements and provisions. All grazing permits shall contain the following provisions: (a) Because the lands covered by the permit are in trust status, all of the permittees' obligations on the permit and the obligations of his sureties are to the United States as well as to the beneficial owners of the lands. (b) The permittee agrees he will not use, cause, or allow to be used any part of the permitted area for any unlawful conduct or purpose. (c) The permit authorizes only the grazing of livestock.
