25 C.F.R. § 162.474 — What happens if the lessee abandons the leased premises?

§ 162.474 What happens if the lessee abandons the leased premises? If a lessee abandons the leased premises, we will treat the abandonment as a violation of the lease. The lease may specify a period of non-use after which the lease premises will be considered abandoned.
