25 C.F.R. § 162.325 — What form of payment is acceptable under a residential lease?

§ 162.325 What form of payment is acceptable under a residential lease? (a) When payments are made directly to Indian landowners, the form of payment must be acceptable to the Indian landowners. (b) When payments are made to us, our preferred method of payment is electronic funds transfer payments. We will also accept: (1) Money orders; (2) Personal checks; (3) Certified checks; or (4) Cashier's checks. (c) We will not accept cash or foreign currency. (d) We will accept third-party checks only from financial institutions or Federal agencies.
