§ 162.246 Must an amendment, assignment, sublease, or mortgage approved under an agricultural lease be recorded? An amendment, assignment, sublease, or mortgage approved under an agricultural lease must be recorded in our Land Titles and Records Office that has jurisdiction over the leased premises.
