25 C.F.R. § 162.206 — Can the terms of an agricultural lease be negotiated with the Indian landowners?

§ 162.206 Can the terms of an agricultural lease be negotiated with the Indian landowners? An agricultural lease may be obtained through negotiation. We will assist prospective tenants in contacting the Indian landowners or their representatives for the purpose of negotiating a lease, and we will assist the landowners in those negotiations upon request.
