25 C.F.R. § 161.303 — How long is a permit valid?

§ 161.303 How long is a permit valid? After its initial issuance, each grazing permit is valid for one year beginning on the following January 1. All permits will be automatically renewed annually if the permittee is in compliance with all applicable laws including tallies and permit requirements.
