25 C.F.R. § 152.9 — Certificates of competency to certain Osage adults.
§ 152.9 Certificates of competency to certain Osage adults. Applications for certificates of competency by adult members of the Osage Tribe of one-half or more Indian blood shall be in the form approved by the Secretary. Upon the finding by the Secretary that an applicant is competent, a certificate of competency may be issued removing restrictions against alienation of all restricted property and terminating the trust on all restricted property, except Osage headright interests, of the applicant.
