25 C.F.R. § 15.204 — When is a probate file complete?

§ 15.204 When is a probate file complete? A probate file is complete for transfer to OHA when a BIA approving official includes a certification that: (a) States that the probate file includes all information listed in § 15.202 that is available; and (b) Lists all sources of information BIA queried in an attempt to locate information listed in § 15.202 that is not available.
