25 C.F.R. § 141.8 — License period for reservation businesses.

§ 141.8 License period for reservation businesses. A license to operate a reservation business may not be issued unless the applicant has a right to use the land on which the business is to be conducted. The license period shall correspond to the period of the lease held by the licensee. The license period in no event may exceed twenty-five (25) years.
