25 C.F.R. § 12.35 — Do Indian country law enforcement officers complete any special training?

§ 12.35 Do Indian country law enforcement officers complete any special training? Law enforcement personnel of any program funded by the Bureau of Indian Affairs must not perform law enforcement duties until they have successfully completed a basic law enforcement training course prescribed by the Director. The Director will also prescribe mandatory supplemental and in-service training courses.
