25 C.F.R. § 11.610 — Appointment of guardians.
§ 11.610 Appointment of guardians. The court shall have the jurisdiction to appoint or remove legal guardians for minors and for persons who are incapable of managing their own affairs under terms and conditions to be prescribed by the court.
