25 C.F.R. § 11.438 — Flight to avoid prosecution or judicial process.

§ 11.438 Flight to avoid prosecution or judicial process. A person who shall absent himself or herself from the Indian country over which the Court of Indian Offenses exercises jurisdiction for the purpose of avoiding arrest, prosecution or other judicial process shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
