24 C.F.R. § 570.450 — Purpose.
§ 570.450 Purpose. The purpose of urban development action grants is to assist cities and urban counties that are experiencing severe economic distress to help stimulate economic development activity needed to aid in economic recovery. This subpart G contains those regulations that are essential for the continued operation of this grant program. [61 FR 11476, Mar. 20, 1996]
