24 C.F.R. § 55.24 — Aggregation.
§ 55.24 Aggregation. Where two or more actions have been proposed, require compliance with subpart C of this part, affect the same floodplain or wetland, and are currently under review by HUD (or by a responsible entity authorized by 24 CFR part 58), individual or aggregated approvals may be issued. A single compliance review and approval under this section is subject to compliance with the decisionmaking process in § 55.20. [78 FR 68734, Nov. 15, 2013]
