§ 27.50 Management and disposition by the Secretary. When the Secretary is the purchaser of the security property, the Secretary shall manage and dispose of it in accordance with section 203 of the Housing and Community Development Amendments of 1978, as amended, 12 U.S.C. 1701z–11, and in accordance with 24 CFR part 290.
