24 C.F.R. § 201.3 — Applicability of the regulations.
§ 201.3 Applicability of the regulations. The regulations in this part may be amended by the Secretary at any time. Such amendment shall not adversely affect the insurance privileges of a lender on any loan that has been made or for which a loan application has been approved before the effective date of the amendment.
