24 C.F.R. § 200.405 — Notice to public.
§ 200.405 Notice to public. Participants in insurance programs under the National Housing Act shall be informed, as early as possible upon indicating their interest in any such program, of the established policy of nondiscrimination in employment in construction, repair or rehabilitation work financed with assistance under the Act.
