24 C.F.R. § 200.35 — Appraisal standards-nondiscrimination requirements.

§ 200.35 Appraisal standards—nondiscrimination requirements. (a) Nondiscrimination in the selection of appraiser. In the selection of an appraiser, there shall be no discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, or disability. (b) Nondiscrimination in appraisal determination. The certification required by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice must include a statement that the racial/ethnic composition of the neighborhood surrounding the property in no way affected the appraisal determination.
