24 C.F.R. § 200.23 — Projects in declining neighborhoods.

§ 200.23 Projects in declining neighborhoods. A Mortgage financing the repair, rehabilitation or construction of a project located in an older declining urban area shall be eligible for insurance pursuant to provisions of section 223(e) of the Act and such terms and conditions established by the Commissioner.
