§ 20.5 Jurisdiction of Office of Hearings and Appeals. The Office of Hearings and Appeals shall, consistent with statute and regulation, have jurisdiction over matters assigned to it by the Secretary or designee. Determinations shall have the finality provided by the applicable statute, regulation, or agreement. [72 FR 53878, Sept. 20, 2007, as amended at 87 FR 8196, Feb. 14, 2022]
