23 C.F.R. § 970.202 — Applicability.
§ 970.202 Applicability. The provisions in this subpart are applicable to the NPS and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) that are responsible for satisfying these requirements for management systems pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 204.
