23 C.F.R. § 633.202 — Definitions.

§ 633.202 Definitions. (a) The word Commission means the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) established by the Appalachian Regional Development Act of 1965, as amended (Act). (b) The term division administrator ” means the chief Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) official assigned to conduct FHWA business in a particular State.
