22 C.F.R. § 40.2 — Documentation of nationals.
§ 40.2 Documentation of nationals. (a) Nationals of the United States. A national of the United States shall not be issued a visa or other documentation as an alien for entry into the United States. (b) Former Nationals of the United States. A former national of the United States who seeks to enter the United States must comply with the documentary requirements applicable to aliens under the INA.
