22 C.F.R. § 192.23 — Administration of benefits.
§ 192.23 Administration of benefits. (a) The Director General of the Department of State or Agency Head will issue certifications or other documents when required for purposes of the Civil Relief Act. (b) The Director General of the Department of State or Agency Head shall whenever possible promptly inform the chief legal officer of each U.S. State in which captives maintain residence of all persons determined to be captives eligible for assistance under this subpart.
