22 C.F.R. § 191.10 — Eligibility for benefits.
§ 191.10 Eligibility for benefits. A person designated as a hostage under subpart A of this subchapter, other than a member of the Armed Forces covered by the provisions of the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940, shall be eligible for benefits under this part.
