22 C.F.R. § 130.7 — Supplier.

§ 130.7 Supplier. Supplier means any person who enters into a contract with the Department of Defense for the sale of defense articles or defense services valued in an amount of $500,000 or more under section 22 of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2762).
