21 C.F.R. § 514.121 — Service of notices and orders.

§ 514.121 Service of notices and orders. All notices and orders under this subchapter E and section 512 of the act pertaining to new animal drug applications shall be served: (a) In person by any officer or employee of the Department designated by the Commissioner; or (b) By mailing the order by certified mail addressed to the applicant or respondent at his last known address in the records of the Food and Drug Administration.
