21 C.F.R. § 170.220 — General requirements applicable to a GRAS notice.

§ 170.220 General requirements applicable to a GRAS notice. (a) A GRAS notice has seven parts as required by §§ 170.225 through 170.255. You must submit the data and information specified in each of these parts on separate pages or sets of pages. (b) You must include each of the seven parts in your GRAS notice. If you do not include a part, you must include with your GRAS notice an explanation of why that part does not apply to your GRAS notice.
