§ 1.1390 When will modified requirements that we adopt or an exemption that we grant become effective? Any modified requirements that FDA adopts or exemption that we grant will become effective on the date that notice of the modified requirements or exemption is published in the Federal Register , unless otherwise stated in the notice.
