21 C.F.R. § 1.1103 — Who is subject to this subpart?

§ 1.1103 Who is subject to this subpart? (a) Accreditation bodies. An accreditation body is subject to this subpart if it has been or is seeking to be recognized by FDA to LAAF-accredit laboratories to conduct food testing under this subpart. (b) Laboratories. A laboratory is subject to this subpart if it has been or is seeking to be LAAF-accredited by a recognized accreditation body to conduct food testing under this subpart. (c) Owners and consignees. An owner or consignee is subject to this subpart if it is required to use a LAAF-accredited laboratory to conduct food testing under this subpart. General Requirements
