§ 801.1010 Suspending official (Department of Veterans Affairs supplement to government-wide definition at 2 CFR 180.1010). In addition to the suspending official listed at 2 CFR 180.1010, the suspending official for the Department of Veterans Affairs is: (a) For the Veterans Health Administration, the Under Secretary for Health; (b) For the Veterans Benefits Administration, the Under Secretary for Benefits; and (c) For the National Cemetery Administration, the Under Secretary for Memorial Affairs.
