§ 2700.1010 Suspending official (SBA supplement to government-wide definition at 2 CFR 180.1010). For SBA, the suspending official for financial assistance programs is the Director of the Office of Credit Risk Management; for all other programs, the suspending official is the Associate General Counsel for Procurement Law.
