§ 2205.201 Use of grant agreements (including fixed amount awards), cooperative agreements, and contracts. (a) The Corporation will determine the appropriate instrument in accordance with its authorities under the national service laws, and in accordance with the Federal Grant and Cooperative Agreement Act (31 U.S.C. 6301-6308), as appropriate. (b) The Corporation and pass through entities may also provide fixed amount awards in the manner and in the amounts permitted under the national service laws.
