§ 200.429 Commencement and convocation costs. For IHEs, costs incurred for commencements and convocations are unallowable, except as provided for in (B)(9) Student Administration and Services, in appendix III to this part, as activity costs. [85 FR 49565, Aug. 13, 2020]
