§ 1138.605 Content of SUB Article VI. (a) Requirement. A DoD Component's general terms and conditions must specify that recipients' subawards include requirements for subrecipients' procurement procedures. (b) Award terms and conditions. To specify the requirements for procurement procedures that a recipient must include in its subawards, a DoD Component's general terms and conditions must use the wording appendix F to this part provides for SUB Article VI.
