2 C.F.R. § 1138.105 — Content of SUB Article I.
§ 1138.105 Content of SUB Article I. (a) Requirement. A DoD Component's general terms and conditions must: (1) Require the recipient to determine the nature of transactions it makes under its award; and (2) Inform the recipient about the effect of that determination on the procedures for awarding the transaction and the transaction's terms and conditions. (b) Award terms and conditions. A DoD Component's general terms and conditions must use the wording appendix A to this part provides for SUB Article I.
