§ 1136.100 Purpose of OAR Article I. OAR Article I sets forth requirements for recipients to maintain current information about themselves in the data system the Federal Government specifies as the repository for standard information about its business partners, currently the System for Award Management. The article thereby implements OMB guidance in: (a) 2 CFR 200.113 and 200.210(b)(1)(iii); (b) 2 CFR part 25; and (c) The portion of 2 CFR 200.300(b) that cites 2 CFR part 25 and the System for Award Management).
