Purpose of PROP Article IV.

§ 1130.400 Purpose of PROP Article IV. PROP Article IV specifies requirements for recipients' use and disposition of equipment and supplies in which there is a Federal interest. It thereby implements OMB guidance in: (a) 2 CFR 200.313(a) through (c), 200.313(d)(5), and 200.313(e) as that guidance applies to requirements for use and disposition of equipment; and (b) 2 CFR 200.314, as that guidance applies to requirements for use and disposition of supplies.
