§ 1130.125 Federal interest in property improved under awards. (a) Requirement. A DoD Component's general terms and conditions must address the Federal interest in improvements to real property or equipment that results if a recipient directly charges the costs of the improvements to an award. (b) Award terms and conditions. A DoD Component's general terms and conditions therefore must either: (1) Include the wording appendix A to this part provides for Section E of PROP Article I to specify the Federal interest in improved real property or equipment; or (2) Reserve Section E of PROP Article I if there will be no improvements to real property or equipment under awards using those general terms and conditions or subawards under those awards.
