§ 1108.200 Fixed-amount subaward. Fixed-amount subaward means a subaward: (a) That a recipient or subrecipient makes to another entity at the next lower tier; and (b) Under which the total amount to be paid to the other entity is based on performance and results, and not on the actual, allowable costs that entity incurs.
