2 C.F.R. § 1108.130 — Cost-type contract.
§ 1108.130 Cost-type contract. Cost-type contract means a procurement transaction awarded by a recipient or a subrecipient at any tier under a DoD Component's grant or cooperative agreement that provides for the contractor to be paid on the basis of the actual, allowable costs it incurs (plus any fee or profit for which the contract provides).
