§ 1104.110 Regulations governing DoD Components' award-specific terms and conditions. On an interim basis pending completion of the update of the DoDGARs to implement OMB guidance published in 2 CFR part 200: (a) The guidance in 2 CFR part 200 governs administrative requirements to be included in any award-specific terms and conditions used to supplement the general terms and conditions of a new grant or cooperative agreement awarded to an institution of higher education, nonprofit organization, State, local government, or Indian tribe. (b) Part 34 of the DoDGARs (32 CFR part 34) governs the administrative requirements to be included in any award-specific terms and conditions of DoD Components' grants and cooperative agreements awarded to for-profit entities.
